Hi there! My boyfriend and I are traveling to Costa Rica in the beginning of September, which I now also realize is in the rainy season in the area that I will be staying. We'll be staying in Puntarenas, which I hope will be nice! I don't think some rain will really throw off my vacation, althrough I do hope I get some sunbathing time haha.

A side question: is it really unadvisable to book one hotel for the whole week I'm staying and go on day trips from there? Is it more often that travelers stay in various hotels throughout their travel time and travel route?

Anyhow, my main question is: In the area of Puntarenas or anywhere that is of reasonable driving distance, are there any known Psytrance parties? My boyfriend and I are both very into different kinds of international trance music, so I thought I'd ask if there's any around in Costa Rica, even though there very well may not be. Thanks so much for any tips and help!

I've been a listener for years. That's why I have suggested them to put in touch with me. There in CR is hard to find out people whom meet, but we could arrange an annual meeting in some farm. Sound great.
