We are a Canadian family of four moving to Costa Rica on a (professional) one-year sabattical beginning in August. We are looking for a modestly priced home, fully furnished, to rent while we are there, for a minimum of six months possibly the whole year. We are hoping to live in the Heredia area or at least somewhere in the Central Valley, close to amenities but not smack in the middle of the city. We will not have a car so need to be close to bus routes and walking distance to food stores etc. We are not looking for a mansion: something clean, in a safe neighborhood with at least two bedrooms would suffice. It MUST have high-speed Internet. We would love to consider a housitting situation. |
