G'day Gringo Bob, Thanks for your email and interest. Nice to hear from you. I thought I might hear from you as it seems you have a fair bit of business going on in CR as i search the CR sites. the bar/rest is a little off the track, the fish farm looks good, is missing a few amenities though and the $1.5 million is way outta reach. What else do you have going on? can you send me any other info and pictures, i am very interested. i am planning to come over during end of year and new year and have a look around and look at properties. I am also really interested in buying in as a partner as i have started several businesses over years here in australia and would really prefer to have a hand this time. hello aussie. i own a canopy tour business with three costa rican partners. we're on 53 acres of virgin rainforest, we have a restaurant, a souvenir shop and 4 cabins. We're looking for a partner to buy in. there are currently 100 shares or "acciones" as they are called in CR. We are a profitable business and in the process of building 10 cabanas in the rainforest. we're selling acciones at 15,000 american each. You own the land and the buildings if you buy in. Everything is registered, legal and legitimate with contracts, titled property and attorney's. Let me know if you are interested. |
